On Saturday, January 21st at around 12:43 p.m. officers with the Syracuse Police Department responded to 131 Grape Terrace for a reported shooting with injuries. At the same time of the initial call, information was received that the victim was in a private vehicle and was being transported to Crouse Hospital.
SPD officers responded to Crouse Hospital where they located a 21-year-old female who said that she was sitting in a car while parked on Grape Terrace when she was shot in the leg by the suspect who approached the vehicle. The victim is listed in stable condition.
