The Syracuse City School District will offer free breakfasts and lunches Monday through Friday at meal sites throughout the City of Syracuse as part of its Summer Meal Service, beginning on Wednesday, July 5th at some sites.

In addition to the daily meal service, special BBQ Days will be offered at each participating park location over the course of the summer. At the BBQ Day events, students receiving meals will be treated to a special BBQ meal featuring grilled hamburgers and seasonal sides. The BBQ Days will be held on July 10th at Kirk Park, July 20th at Thornden Park, July 27th at Schiller Park, August 1st at Burnet Park, August 10th at Westmoreland Park, and August 17th at Wilson Park.
