According to Syracuse Police, on Tuesday, February 14th, 2023, at around 1:05 P.M., Officers responded to St. Joseph’s Hospital for a shooting with injuries investigation. Upon arrival, Officers located a 26-year-old male shot in the back and arm.
The victim was transferred to Upstate Hospital, where he is expected to survive. Preliminary information suggests that the incident location is in the area of Herbert Street and Spring Street.
