NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that a Public Hearing will be held Monday, April 3, 2023, at 6:00 p.m. in the Common Council Chambers, City Hall, Syracuse, New York to consider in full, or in part, the following applications. Please note this is not necessarily the order in which they will be heard.
- Application SP-23-04, continuation of a Public Hearing for a Special Permit for a Restaurant on property situated at 320 Lombard Avenue, owned by TJW Asset Mgmt, LLC, zoned Commercial, Class A and Residential, Class A-1, pursuant to Part B, Section I, Article 1, Part B, Section V, Article 1, and Part C, Section IV, Articles 1 and 2 of the City of Syracuse Zoning Rules and Regulations, as amended.

- Application CS-23-01A, to appeal a decision by the Syracuse Landmark Preservation Board denying a Certificate of Appropriateness to replace 140 windows and an entrance door on property situated at 350 Montgomery Street, owned by Shalimar Properties 407, LLC, zoned Central Business District-Office and Service District, Part C, Section VII, Article 6 of the City of Syracuse Zoning Rules and Regulations, as amended.
