The Syracuse Police Department is aware that two of their police officers were recently victims of a theft of firearms from their home. The Onondaga County Sheriff’s Office is conducting a criminal investigation into the matter.
In the meantime, the Syracuse Police Department is conducting an internal investigation to determine if any rules, regulations or policies were violated in relation to the incident. The two officers involved are Officer Nica Pascarella and Officer Emily Pascarella. Both are on full active duty with the department.
