Syracuse, NY—Miss Prissy’s, established in 2017, project kickoff was held on Thursday, August 1. Miss Prissy’s, an established and beloved food establishment, invites members of our community to join them in celebrating the commencement of construction at their 431 South Warren Street location.
Members of the community and biggest supporters attended to hear some brief words from Co-owners Dreamer Glen and Cyrus Thornton, City of Syracuse Mayor Ben Walsh, Onondaga County Executive Ryan McMahon, Deputy Commissioner of Business Development in the department of Neighborhood and Business Development Eric Ennis and representatives from the Onondaga County Office of Economic Development.
The new home for Miss Prissy’s will feature over 3,000 square feet with table and bar seating for approximately 70 guests, a meeting room, and more.
Miss Prissy’s started as a vision by Dreamer Glen over 23 years ago. Glen’s goal is to help build community one plate at a time, serving American Soul Food with class and style using the same values instilled in her through her Grandmother, Rosalee N. Glen while growing up
