Destiny USA is excited to host its first in-person job fair of 2024, on February 28th from 2pm-6pm in the Canyon at Destiny USA. The Get Hired Job Fair, sponsored by the NY Army National Guard, St. Joseph’s Health, Advocates Incorporated, and Air National Guard along with our media partner CNY Central. It is an opportunity for local employers to interview, hire workers, and to help job seekers connect with businesses who need their skills. Employers from a variety of industries will be in attendance looking for candidates of all skill levels. The Job Fair is free for applicants to attend. After decades of operating Timbuktu African Imports Kwasi has decided to retire the business. There will be a community gathering honoring Kwasi and the contributions made to the Syracuse Community. That includes being a founding member of Pan African Village at the New York State Fair.
