Robinson Common Council Chambers, third floor, City Hall. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss Local Law amendments to the City Tax and Assessment Act and a Memoranda of Understanding (MOU) with the Greater Syracuse Land Bank “Land Bank” as it relates to establishing a new procedure for the seizure and sale of tax delinquent property to the Land Bank.
