It’s on! The 2024 Salt City Drag Battle! Join your hosts Darienne Lake and Aggy Dune for a diva-licious night of drag, drinks, and dancing on June 8. Presenting the fabulous eight contestants for the Salt City Drag Battle: O'nika Conda, Aria Vee, Faggity Anne, Rhea Listic, Miiss Milky, Morticia Monroe, Nashley Tisdale, and Opal Essence! Featuring a special performance from two-time Salt City Drag Battle Queen Samantha Vega. The Salt City Drag Battle is produced in consultation with Tanner Efinger and Breadcrumb Productions Tickets on sale now: Salt City Drag Battle Lobby opens at 6:30 PM, show starts at 8:00 PM. All proceeds from the Salt City Drag Battle benefit Syracuse Stage artistic, community engagement, and educational programming.
Join us for a two-part workshop with exhibiting artist Sofía Luz Pérez and Syracuse artist Cayetano Valenzuela. In this workshop, Cayetano Valenzuela and Sofía Luz Pérez will share their own practices and processes in making a portrait/self-portrait and ask participants to create a portrait or self-portrait. The emphasis of the portrait should be on identity and cultural background/ancestry, but they encourage everyone to delve into any part of themselves or the person they are drawn to portraying. This is a free workshop with limited space available. We ask that you attend both sessions. Art supplies will be provided and you are welcome to also bring your own.

Jubilee Homes of Syracuse, Inc. will be kicking off their 2024 Showcase Sunday Concert series and would like to cordially invite you to attend.
