Arrest of David Arnold for Multiple Charges of Sexual Misconduct with a Child

Onondaga County Sheriff’s Detectives arrested David Arnold, 71, of Horseshoe Island Road in the Town of Clay, for Felony Course Sexual Conduct of a Child 1st, Felony Sexual Abuse with a child under the age of 11, Misdemeanor Act in Manner injure a child under 17, two counts.
