Arrest of David Arnold for Multiple Charges of Sexual Misconduct with a Child

Onondaga County Sheriff’s Detectives arrested David Arnold, 71, of Horseshoe Island Road in the Town of Clay, for Felony Course Sexual Conduct of a Child 1st, Felony Sexual Abuse with a child under the age of 11, Misdemeanor Act in Manner injure a child under 17, two counts.   David Arnold was charged with these crimes after it was determined that he sexually abused a young child during the summer.  He is being held at the Onondaga County

15-Year-Old, Alexcia Lynch – Syracuse Police Release Homicide Investigation Timeline

On Friday, August 30th 2024 at 8:14 p.m., Syracuse Police Officers responded to 901 Madison Street, apartment 27, in regard to a 911 call with a report that someone had been shot.  Syracuse Police Officers arrived and located the victim, 15-year-old Alexcia Lynch, who resided at 225 W. August 23, 2024, around 4:36 p.m., Syracuse Police Officers were flagged down by a citizen in the 100 block of Temple Street responding to a stabbing complaint.
