On Friday, August 9th 2024 at approximately 10:48 p.m., officers with the Syracuse Police Department responded to the 200 block of McKinley Avenue, for a reported stabbing. Upon arrival, officers located a teen aged juvenile male victim who presented with an apparent stab wound to his stomach area and a laceration to his face. The victim was transported to University Hospital where he was treated for his injury.
The victim is listed in stable condition and his injury is considered non-life threatening. A female juvenile suspect was arrested for the incident and released on a family court appearance ticket.
