Utica, NY – On Wednesday, August 7, members of Citizen Action, Empire State Voices and community advocates from across New York’s 22nd Congressional District will gather in Utica to drop a banner to draw attention to Congressman Brandon Williams’ ongoing failure to address the pressing issues affecting Central New Yorkers.
Despite repeated calls for action, Congressman Williams has voted against the interests of working families in his district, choosing instead to prioritize the interests of big corporations and the MAGA agenda. The protest seeks to hold Congressman Williams accountable for his inaction and demand that he take meaningful steps to support the needs of his constituents.
