It’s not too late to enroll your son or daughter in one of 100 Black Men’s three education and mentoring programs that launch Saturday, Feb. 3 with a joint orientation event. With the registration deadline now extended to Thursday, Feb. 1, parents and legal guardians can still enroll their children now in one of these programs:
- Future 100, a new 14-week program for 10th, 11th and 12th grade male students
- STEP-1 (Strength, Tenacity, Endurance and Pride), a bi-weekly mentoring program for 7th, 8th and 9th grade male students
- YEP (Youth Empowerment Program, a weekly academic course for male and female 4th, 5th and 6th graders.
The Feb. 3 orientation event, which takes place at 11:30 a.m. at the South Side Innovation Center, 2610 S. Salina St., will provide details (including dates and times, as well as program highlights) and answer parents’ questions. But first, pre-register your youth now by using the button below.
