On Thursday, July 20th, 2023, at around 2:14 P.M., Officers responded to St. Joseph’s Hospital, located at 301 Prospect Avenue, for a stabbing investigation. Upon arrival, Officers located a 16-year-old male victim who was stabbed in the midsection and arm. The victim is expected to survive. At around the same time, Officers responded to the incident location at a residence in the 600 block of Catherine Street. There, Officers located a second victim, 16, female, with a minor laceration to the eye area.
The investigation revealed that the victims were stabbed at the incident location during a dispute with another male. The investigation is active and ongoing
