Syracuse, NY- The Community Folk Art Center is celebrating their 50th Anniversary with the performance Fly March 30th – April 1st. Fly is a dramatic comedy, written, directed, and performed by Joseph L. Edwards. It trumpets the social justice, spiritual, and political challenges of what it means to be conscious and Black in America.
Community Folk Art Center, Inc. (CFAC) is a vibrant cultural and artistic hub committed to the promotion and development of artists of the African Diaspora. Our mission is to exalt cultural and artistic pluralism by collecting, exhibiting, teaching, and interpreting the visual and expressive arts.
