NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing will be held on Thursday, February 16, 2023, at 1:00 P.M. in the Common Council Chambers, City Hall, 233 E. Washington St., to consider in full or in part, the following applications. Please note this is not necessarily the order in which they will be heard.
- V-22-16–An Area Variance request to establish (maintain) a rear parking area by waiving maximum parking surface coverage on property situated at 130 Circle Road, owned by Peter and Carol Presunka, zoned Residential, Class A-1, pursuant to Part B, Section I, Article 1.5.b of the Zoning Rules and Regulations, as amended.
- V-23-02-A Use Variance request to establish a beauty salon and parking by waiving uses permitted on property situated at 1154 and 1152 Grant Boulevard, owned by Sammi’s Beauty Box, LLC, zoned Residential, Class A, pursuant to Part B, Section I, Article 3.2 of the Zoning Rules and Regulations, as amended.
