ZUMBA in the Square Free Exercise class at Clinton Square on Wednesdays during the lunch hour (WEATHER PERMITTING). High-energy music will keep the participants going during this half-hour program. The classes are offered FREE OF CHARGE as a collaborative effort of the City of Syracuse Parks Dept. and Metro Fitness. No registration necessary!

Runs through Labor Day Walkers, runners and cyclists can enjoy a vehicle-free roadway through the beautiful Upper Onondaga Park.
