Shots Fired Candlelight Lane Town of Clay
On August 21st, around 3 pm, the Onondaga County Sheriff’s Office was called to Candlelight Lane Apartments for a shots fired call. When deputies arrived, they recovered shell casings from the ground and received suspect information. No one was injured, and the Sheriff’s S.W.A.T Unit cleared the apartment building, looking for any victims and the suspect. Another Sheriff deputy located the suspect and apprehended them without incident. The public is not in danger, and the suspect is in Police custody. This is an ongoing and active investigation.
