The Great New York State Fair Ribbon Cutting Ceremony Kicks Off The 2024 – Fair Cultural Village Stages and More

Use the interactive Fair Finder map to locate all types of food and vendor locations sponsored by Micron Links to New York State Fair Concert Stages, Cultural Village Stages A ribbon cutting ceremony took place inside the Main Gate to commemorate the opening of The Great New York State Fair. State Agriculture and Markets Commissioner Richard A. Ball and Fair Director Julie LaFave joined with leaders from New York State agencies, agricultural representatives, Fair representatives, and elected officials to officially open The 2024 Fair.  People from across New York State will come together this year to experience an affordable, 13-day celebration of delicious food, eye-opening exhibits, captivating entertainment, and great fun. Each year’s New York State Fair showcases numerous animals, hundreds of commercial attractions, scores of exciting midway rides, and dozens of big-name entertainers. Come find out what greatness awaits you at the New York State Fair! With hundreds of food vendors scattered throughout the grounds, you’re sure to find your favorites waiting around every corner. Be sure to check out the Fair Finder to learn more about different dining options and to browse menus. If you have any questions about a type of food or a vendor location at the fair that can’t be answered by using the Fair Finder, send us an email at newyorkstatefair@agriculture.ny.gov. If there is still something you cannot find, stop by any of our four Guest Relations Center locations that provide information on all aspects of the Fair. Their locations are: inside Gate 1 in back of the Chevy Court stage, inside Gates 4 & 10, and near the east end entrance of the midway.
